Suggestions for Using this Booklet
Page 1
Talk about the Girl Scout Promise. Have the girls match the correct word to fill each blank.

Talk about what each statement means to them.
Page 2
Play an ice breaker game with the troop. It could be something as simple as sharing your favorite hobby or vacation spot. Make connections between the girls with similar answers.

Direcg the girls to drawn and/or write about what they learned about their fellow troop members.
Page 3
One of the statements in the Girl Scout Promise is to help people at all times. Talk as a group about different ways you can help people. Then break into smaller groups and have the girls draw pictures showing how they'd help people.
Page 4
The last project is an "about me" activity. Have each girl reflect on what makes them unique or what their favorite things are. Have them write or illustrate their favorite things.
